They are Speaker Donkupar Roy, ministers Metbah Lyngdoh, Lahkmen Rymbui and Kyrmen Shylla, besides H. Brolding Nongseij, Nujorki Sungoh and Pius Marwein. Two Independent legislators, S.K.
