'Journo' Koel Mallick revs up for a ride on the Lake Gardens flyover

You play a journalist in the movie... Yes, Bidisha. She is writing a piece of writing and the movie's plot entails some accidents which might be occurring ['Bidisha's article is on traffic rule violations on flyovers,' says Abhimanyu]. She gets drawn into an investigation.... Thrillers excite me as an actor and I have usually wanted to be a part of one. I actually have achieved movies like Hit-List however never this sort of an area-of-the-seat mystery. My man or woman could be very decided, brave, headstrong. People attempt to hush her up so that she would not write the item however she is going towards all odds to do it. Tell us about your appearance inthe film... I actually have 5 costumes on this movie… 3 saris and kurtas. For business movies, I even have done 80 changes (laughs). How many hours did you spend at the Lake Gardens flyover? We shot there for three days. And what an experience it turned into! I saw human beings preventing to watch us shoot. I needed to also experience a scooter after which take a U-turn. They wanted a variety of hustle and bustle, quite a few motors, a whole lot of congestion. I needed to power, walk, scream for a scene. At one factor of time, I simply had to switch off. What changed into the most hard a part of shooting on a flyover? The flyover has a totally important function inside the film. From Day One, I were asking absolutely everyone on which flyover we were taking pictures. There were so many scenes, and I had idea that we would be shooting on a flyover where matters could be below our manipulate. I was not watching for a busy flyover. And all of them were extreme scenes. We are used to operating in a controlled environment, but on that flyover it wasn't the case. We needed to be on our ft and be completely alert. I just conditioned myself to not be frazzled and centered on my scenes. There is a dream sequence that was filmed inside the midnight. You have a scene on a mattress on the flyover… That was an thrilling component. My lamp coloration is there beside my mattress. There have been vehicles passing with the aid of... And imagine what the humans had been wondering… they were going past a mattress on a bridge! It's a very surreal and choreographed scene. It begins by using showing that I am exhausted… I am running on a story, after which I nod off. And then I wake up all at once, on the honk of a vehicle, and discover myself at the same flyover I am doing a story on! We shot through the night until 5am. What sort of ordinary desires do you have? I even have had nightmares of no longer being able to complete my examination papers on time. Everyone is focusing on their papers whereas I am now not being able to write! But I never had a dream in which I am transported to a particular area, which my individual reports inside the movie. Who are the men inside the movie? Gaurav (Chakrabarty), who performs a police officer, is the only individual who helps my man or woman. And he is there together with her till the stop of it. They did no longer recognise each other first of all, however she is aware of she will be able to assume him. Ravi Shaw performs a journalist; we paintings collectively... His person could be very shy and introvert. He has a tender corner for Bidisha. She takes his help for her article. They have emotions for every different, but not the same old tender type. It's like they recognise they'll be there for every different. At times, though he desires to help her, she can't open up. However in advance she perhaps, she is not one of people who can proportion her feelings along with her accomplice. She receives withdrawn. They have a lovely romantic story.
